Very nice photo's. I was more interested if everyone was ok after the landing.Or if it was a runway failure.

Wolverine are trapped in dec-march,,the airplane is a Dehavilland Caribou that landed on not enough springtine ice. There is an escape hatch overhead for a reason on these ancient aircraft.

The Caribou was raised up with airbags and we cut ice and winched it to the beach. When the lake open up we used multiple bags and rafts and towed it (30 miles) to an airstrip and 3 days later it was flown out. The supercub on My driftboat got a complete overhaul,it needed it!http://s132.photobucket.com/albums/q4/waterratpics/?action=view¤t=IMG_2736480x640.jpghttp://s132.photobucket.com/albums/q4/waterratpics/?action=view¤t=DSCN1091-1.jpg http://s132.photobucket.com/albums/q4/waterratpics/?action=view¤t=181.jpghttp://s132.photobucket.com/albums/q4/waterratpics/?action=view¤t=Not_much_luck.jpghttp://s132. photobucket.com/albums/q4/waterratpics/?action=view¤t=goodguess.jpg

`We had a wolf get into a cubby set for the 1st time. He had only been in there a short time and I was lucky to still have him hooked up! Here's a little later in the day as my wife gets him board ready.

By the looks of the picture you left the bone in the tail, do you take it out after skinning?

What do they say? "Any landing you can walk away from is a good landing." Nice pics.

The bobcat is a lynx. The marten is a wolverine.
