My bow is a Bob Lee Hunter, 46# @28" I shoot carbon out of this bow with a old Bear razor head.

Very nice! I love the fact that you did it with a recurve bow--and, none of the newer, must have pattern, camo clothing.

I been shooting a recurve again after almost 32 years. Don't feel comfortable enough to hunt with it yet. Is there a rule for picking carbon shafts for a recurve?

Yes they can be a little tricky to tune but once you get it right they are great to use. My arrows are GT 3555's cut to 29.25" with a 50 grain brass insert and a point weight of 145 grains. Let me know what you have and I could steer you to a starting point.
