Here's a picture of my new trap shed and storage lean too. When I started it was just a 2x4 frame. I figure I have between 200 and 300 dollars into it (mostly lighting and hardware). Most of the stuff was scavenged or given by some very generous friends. This little project was a first for me and kind of a dream come true.
It'd be really neat to see what other trappers do in the dog days. Please post your projects.

This is my summer project. It used to be the old township trustee building and before that, I think it was part of the village grainery or railroad. It was sitting in a field on a wagon and I was able to purchase it and move it about a quarter mile or so to my house. It is not quite finished yet but should be ready by season. The building is 12'X16. I had to spend more than I wanted to to get it into shape but I also had a lot of stuff given to me to help. I will have about $1500 (including the building) invested when it is finally done. I had planned on it looking a lot more rustic but ran out of money. I hope to add a small deck and porch next year as this is next to the fire ring we use in the summer for cookouts.

It was Musher. It was really big to go down the road and it didn't have the floor in it because i had to cut it out because termites had eaten off half of the studs. So it was like trying to move a brick balanced on pencils with that heavy slate roof. My truck was not very pleased with the weight either.

I am just about done with the inside now. I am down to piping the stove and putting in a heat shield behind it. And I still need the base for my skinning machine.
