Hey if it's on the internet it has to be true! wink

For you Ohio guys, I read the following statement in an e-mail I received - "There are no natural lakes in the state of Ohio , every one is man-made."

True or false?

Discounting Lake Erie which technically isn't "in" Ohio, I think that is true.

Endeavor to persevere.

Wasn't sure about Ohio. Here's a link for WV, we only have 1, natural "lake". It's small.

Trout Pond:

As the crow flies, Trout Pond is only 15 miles from here where I live, but will take you about an hour to drive there.

I've hunted, fished and trapped over in that area a little bit. Pretty country.

For those of you that play around on Google Earth, search "Trout Pond, WV."

Rock Cliff Lake is a pretty hole of water too. smile

In Quebec, I doubt that you can go a mile without hitting water. Where I live, I doubt you can go a mile without hitting a natural lake or pond.
