Headed to cut brush/limbs to repair the damage to the dam caused by high water.

OR...... it read on facebook you were coming and has headed for the border. Figured Obamacare wouldn't be any good if you were around.

Leaving a bank den to go repair its dam which has been damaged by something or someone causing the water level of the beaver made pond to go down.

This is a lot of fun but I do not have the conditions you have with the high water. I live only a few miles from the continental divide in the foothills of the Blue Ridge mountains. I have made two guesses but have no experience with your area of the country. It is still interesting to learn how others trap there areas.

1- the beav. is going up roadway ditch as it appears the silt is going downward.
2- The beav. is heading up the embankment of a road culvet area
3- the beav. is heading down a washed out culvert.

Comic relief, Hal Sullivan style. As I woke at 4:15 this morning a comic strip type picture popped into my head.
Hal driving down the road with the beaver in the bed of the truck and the speakers blaring AC/DC 'I'm on the highway to hell and I'm going downnnnnn'. You know you married the right woman when you wake up laughing and your wife just grins at you and asks 'what now?".
