This is what I sold it for.

2 Coyotes - Total $26.00 One was pretty scruffy
2 Red Fox - Total $45.00
1 Mink (male) - Total $10.00 Nice sized
2 'Rats - Total $11.00
7 Coon - Total $54.00

I did not break them down individually, but that was the total for the critters. I made enough to buy my needed supplies for next year so I am happy.

Thanks for posting.

Compared to other years, how are those prices?

Coon and 'Rats are down, But I got $30.00 for 1 of my reds and $15.00 for the other one (juvenile female) this year. That's about what they were last year when I sold my fur. Although if I would have sold my fur 2 weeks earlier last year, I'd have gotten closer to $50.00 per red fox.

I sold coon earlier last year before the market fell and I was getting close to $20.00 a piece for them and 'rats were selling for $12.00.

Thank Goodness, I am not trying to feed my family from my fur check. I usually run about 20 to 30 traps each season, so for me it's all good!

I am gaining trapping land and next year, I have plans for more fur on the stretchers, if the critters cooperate that is.

Thanks. I asked for the comparison because prices, as well as fur, very per area. Judging from what you were paid, things aren't too bad.

I sold 7 rats last week for $30.00, in NW Pa. It was the after the Auction in Canada, and the buyer said prices went down.

If the ice melts off the mighty Susquehanna, I'm hoping to get a beaver or two yet.
