I've looked this up so many times on Google and get a few results but nobody really explains it in a way that clicks with me if that makes sense. Some guys say yu have to load them before yu make a snare some guys say yu can load them before yu set them. I hope somebody will take the time to explain this to me it would be greatly appreciated thanks in advance guys!!!

The 'archives' on this site is a pillar of knowledge. Under 'Traps & Equipment', check out the thread called 'loading a snare' on p. 15. (or look up that thread alphabetically) 45/70 gives one good explanation on the subject.
