I don't catch many of these. Blind set set for wolf. It was a female and popped the 50 pound mark. It's a decent sized coyote.

Decent size? You mean they regularly come above 50 pounds? How many do you ordinarily catch?

I catch one every few years! Wolves eat coyotes, so they are scarce in my area. By "decent" I mean respectable. By Quebec standards, it isn't a huge yote. But it is a nice one.

How would you grade it fur wise? Is it what the market wants. Buddy got $147 last year for a yote at auction.

I don't think I've ever caught a coyote with that much fur.
