A day older, I may have a plausible explanation. I'm able to post pics from a trail cam that is located in my back yard, but am not able to post pics from the trail cam that is located up north at our camp. Same make cams, purchased at the same time. Use the same cards. But maybe somehow they take different pics. Somehow? Maybe? Gonna switch cams next time I'm able to get up north. Right now two much snow/ice, and then the frost will come out of the ground making it REALLY muddy to travel. Maybe by mid May. Then I'll see if I can post some pics of that salt lick.

Frank.

Frank are you sure you didn't move that little "slide" thing on the SD card? That little thing only moves 1/8" or so.

On my handheld camera, if that thing is in the wrong position, it says something like: SD card locked.

Nah, all my cards have them slide thingys in the correct position. I can take pictures, and down load them to my putr. I can send them to my email buddys, just can't post them on this site. Something about size, too many pixels, too many giggawatts, whatever. Like I said, I'll see if I can change out the cams when I get back to camp.

Thanks, Frank.

Hmmm, not sure?

I can email any of my pictures, or even post them on facebook without doing a thing, to the picture. But if I want to post a picture here, it needs to be resized.

What I've been using is "image resizer", my pictures are "shrunk", and this is kind of screwy, but they all go to a file dated 07/2017. So, even though the picture was taken in March of 2018, it's in the 07/2017 picture folder. After it's been resized, I mean.

What I've been doing is just pick out the # of the picture, and then try to find it in that picture folder. Sometimes, that's a pain in the butt.

Note to self: Moe's freezer died, dumped rotten meat at the "lured rock" camera 3/25/18. After farting around with that stuff, I didn't want to touch my camera. We did find at least 5 bear tracks yesterday. I'll check the mountain cameras in a week or 2.

They've got pork and beef and deer and fish, we'll get some action on that camera!

That bear must have nice fur. I'll be chasing them in about 6 weeks. Baiting in about 5.

Redsnow, what part of WV do you live in? I grew up in Mason County on the Ohio River. Moved away after college at Marshall. Now have a home in Vegas and a farm in Missouri near the Mississippi. Spend most of my time on the farm.

Love checking trail cameras. I have 15 set on 183 acres. It's almost as much fun as hunting. I'll see if I can post a couple of my favorite pictures.

I like this picture with the cat and a squirrel in its mouth.

I've never seen kittens in person. Thought it was pretty cool getting this photo.
