What did you use to draw them critters into the middle of nothing?

It looks like their are 2 different types of vegetation. The animals follow the "line?" hoping for a meal hiding in the tall stuff.

In the background on the fox picture, the tree line is the Ohio River. Off to the right of that picture is a gully that drains into the river. The set is on the point of that gully. In both instances, that was a simple remake set. The first critter was a rabbit, the second critter was a coon, the cat and fox were the third and fourth critters. The set started as a urine post. (It is surprising the number of rabbits I've caught at urine posts.) On the remake I dug a dirthole and covered it half way with a rock. The only at tractor is my Last Lunch bait down the hole.

In the second picture with fox, why did you set back up away from the tractor road through the different crops?

If you set in the road, you'll get your traps run over. Besides in Ohio it is technically illegal to set on the road itself.
