This might be a dumb question but I'm gonna ask anyway. I bought some Duke #2 square jaw traps a couple years ago and like them even though I have a little trouble getting them to lay flat. We're having a lot of coyote and fox trouble this year so I plan on trapping quite a bit so I thought I'd buy a few more. I bought a dozen at the NTA convention this year. They were supposed to be regular jaw but I didn't pay enough attention when he gave me the box and when I got it home and opened it they were offset. I've never used anything but regular jaw traps and I'm a "if it aint broke don't fix it" kinda person. So I guess I'm just asking everybody's opinion on offset jaws, are they just as good or better than regular jaw and should I quit worrying about it?
